atlascontinuity.nl is the website of Atlas Continuity. It provides general information about Atlas reviews, the Continuity IT Scan, Continuity Assurance and defined improvement projects.

02 — Information, not a binding offer
The content of this website provides general explanations. A description of a service, approach or possible result is not a binding offer, guarantee or individual IT advice.
An engagement begins only after Atlas and the customer have agreed in writing on matters including scope, price, schedule, responsibilities and applicable terms.
03 — Services and separate agreements
Separate general terms, a privacy or data processing agreement and engagement-specific conditions may apply to a quotation or agreement for a review, Continuity IT Scan, Continuity Assurance, Improvement Project or another service. If there is a conflict, the signed engagement and the terms supplied with it take precedence over these website terms.
04 — Responsible use
You may use the website normally to view information or contact Atlas. You must not attempt to disrupt, misuse or access the website, forms, security or technical infrastructure without permission.
The contact form must not be used for spam, deceptive messages, harmful content or unlawful purposes.
05 — Intellectual property
The Atlas name, logo, design, text, methods and other website content may not be copied, changed, published or reused commercially without prior written permission, except where permitted by law.
06 — Availability and accuracy
Atlas aims to keep the website careful, secure and current, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability or that every general statement is complete and error-free. Contact Atlas before basing a decision on website information.
